Beautiful and clear waterfront, shallow with stairs into the water (great fro small kids) on one side and approx 6 feet depth from the other dock (great for the swimmers).

Additional Rate Information

Cleaning fee of $150 is mandatory for all bookings which is how we make sure that the cottage is ready for each new guest to enjoy.

Peak Season:
Weekly Rentals Only (Saturday to Saturday)
June 27th to September 5th $2000week

Mid Season:
Month of June or
Month of September $1500/week or $1200/weekend.

Off Season:
October to May $1200 /week or $900 weekend. All taxes are included.
Holiday Weekends have a premium.
Cleaning service is provided and required for all guests.
Security Deposits are required with all rentals.
