Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
When cancellations are received 2 weeks prior to your stay, only a $50 administration fee will be charged.
When cancellations are received less than 2 weeks prior to your stay, full payment will be processed unless your chalet can be re-sold. If your chalet is re-sold, only a $50 administration fee will be charged.
