This well-appointed, air-conditioned, self-catering suite boasts 1800 square feet of modern living, including two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy a large living space surrounded by windows including a fully-equipped kitchen with large bar island, new full size stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, comfortable living room with gas fireplace and pullout sofa bed and dining area.
Two bedrooms and two baths complete the loft offering the utmost in comfort. Both bedrooms feature a Queen Beautyrest bed complete with cozy duvet, fine 400 count cotton linens, down pillows, luxurious fabrics, full length mirror, large closet, Plasma TV with cable connection and MP3 station alarm clock.
Ideally suited for 2 couples, a family or a group of friends, the suite sleeps 4-6 maximum. Laundry Room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board provided for your convenience. Parking for 1 vehicle. No smoking or pets permitted. Two night minimum stay required. Stay with us for 6 nights, get the 7th night free.

3 night Special, pay for 2 nights and get the 3rd one free!! (Cost just $197.00 net per night). Midweek special, pay for one night, get 2nd, 3rd or 4th night at 1/2 price (Sunday - Thursday). Both specials available until April 30, 2013.
House Rules
Deposit of 50% required at time of booking. Balance due 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received 14 days or more before arrival receive full refund, within 14 days are subject to loss of deposit. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Our accommodations far surpassed our expectations. We walked into this beautiful unit and our jaws dropped. A very spacious, luxurious, and comfortable loft awaited us.
The location was exceptional and everything was within walking distance. I will miss my early morning walks enjoying the sights and sounds of this enchanting town as it awakens preparing for that days arrival of new visitors. Sweet Escape is truly a home away from home. We are already planning our next trip to Niagara on the Lake and our stay at Sweet Escape.

One Word - "wonderful"
From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved this place. It is elegantly appointed, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one might require. There's plenty of room and the location just cannot be beat. We travel to Notl almost once every month as it is our favourite spot. Consequently, we have had an opportunity to stay at the majority of hotels, inns, b&b;'s, guest homes etc., and I can honestly say that this is definitely one of our favourites. We can't wait to stay there again very soon. It's a gem for sure!
Loved It!
My husband and I rented the unit for a long weekend at the end of august to celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversary. And since we've just recently had our first child, we brought along my sister and her partner as well (so that they could babysit!!!). The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect, very clean and beautifully appointed. The location could not have been better either! We will definitely stay there again and will highly recommend it to our friends and families. Many thanks Greaves!
Our Favorite Place To Stay In Notl
The location is the best - never have to worry about finding a parking spot in busy Notl. Layout of apt is great - plenty of room. We have stayed here 3 years and already have it reserved for next year!
A Very Stylish Home From Home
We stayed for one week in what I think is best described as a loft apartment in an old world setting. A great mix of the modern with period charm. It has all the comfort and style of the best 5 star hotels, but with the advantage of being in one's "own home".
Christmas In Niagara-on-the-lake
My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay at Greaves Sweet Escape during Christmas. The loft is very comfortable, more than enough room for the two of us, and very nicely decorated. The loft is conveniently located in downtown Notl and walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is also a lot to see that is within walking distance: historic buildings, galleries, parks, and Lake Ontario / Niagara River. We also enjoyed taking a relaxing drive through wine country and a quick trip into Niagara Falls.
