Located in Falcon Lake, Manitoba, our fully modern, low maintenance L.H.K. (Light House-Keeping) duplex cottages will ensure that your stay will be an enjoyable and relaxing one.

Children 9 and under stay free when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

All cabins are smoke-free. Sand cans are provided for outdoor use. Pets are not allowed at the resort. This is to ensure that future guests with allergies can also enjoy the resort.

Additional Rate Information

Maximum of 4 adults per cabin (6 persons if under 9 years of age including infants).
All units are air-conditioned. No pets allowed.

House Rules

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance is due when you arrive at check in. We accept cash, debit cards or credit cards (visa or master card). We do not accept cheques. Rates are subject to GST and PST. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. Check out is prior to 11:00 a.m. We must be strict about this policy in order to properly prepare the cabins for the incoming guests.

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit less a $40 administration fee will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled within the 30 days your deposit will be forfeited unless we can rebook a cabin for you within the season. No refunds can be given for days lost due to late arrival or early departures.
