A deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. We accept cheques or eTransfers only.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits returnable until July 1 or 30 days prior to occupancy, whichever comes first. Deposits (less advertising costs) returnable thereafter only if a substitute tenant is found.
No refund of rental if occupancy is terminated before rental period ends (medical emergencies excepted).
