1 Queen bed in Master Bedroom downstairs, Bunk beds in upstairs bedroom, single on top and double on the bottom, 1 Play pen, 1 day bed in loft upstairs which converts to a King size bed. 1 digital alarm clock, All bedding & linens will be provided.

House Rules

Renters and Guests
– All guests must abide by Strata rules
– All renters are required to complete a rental agreement form and return to the Cottage Owners
– Guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless children accompanied by parents
– 2 vehicles maximum (no RVs)
– No tents
– Maximum of 8 guests at any time
– Property has quiet times between 11pm and 8 am
– No smoking and no pets
– Please note: 14 day rental period in effect and max occupancy of 8, call for more details.

Payment information
– Prices will be quoted in Canadian dollars and include all taxes
– Reservation cannot be confirmed until deposit is received
– We will allow 3 days to receive your deposit if paying by cheque
– Non-refundable deposit is 50% at time of booking (payable by cheque, cash or interac money transfer)
– Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Security Deposit
– $500 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival
– Security deposit is immediately refundable once the cottage has been cleaned and inspected
– Any damages in excess of the security deposit will be invoiced as an additional charge
– Replacement fee for any lost or stolen keys or swipe cards

Cancellation Policy

– All cancellations must be submitted by e-mail.
