The home includes high speed wireless internet, laundry, local telephone, gas barbeque, cable television with DVD, mature garden, and features a back yard fire pit for entertaining.

The open concept living and dining areas feature large windows allowing the room to be flooded with natural light during the day. Hardwood floors throughout add to the charm and appeal of the home.

Enjoy an early morning or late afternoon snack at the kitchen nook. A great space to reconnect over a warm cup of coffee or a plate of toast and partridge berry jam.

SAM'S PLACE features 3 full bedrooms all complete with cozy beds and Newfoundland charm. There is a queen bed and two doubles. Also, two cots are available upon request.

Early Departure

Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to rebook the house, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to rebook your house, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.

Smoking and Pet Policy

In an effort to keep our homes allergy friendly we have adopted a no smoking and no pet policy. For the comfort of others we request the cooperation of all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Cancellations

1. For 1 to 3 night reservations, a one night deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. For 4 to 7 night reservations, a three night deposit is required at the time of booking.

3. Deposits are fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% refundable until 48 hours prior to arrival.
