Most conveniently located in the heart of the Old Town, literally just steps from the Royal George and Courthouse theatres, fine dining, art galleries, shopping, golfing and wineries. Grace House features an elegantly furnished, cozy living room, designed for socializing in front of the fireplace, as well as being equipped with cable TV and stereo. The main floor also includes a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, and complete laundry facilities, as well as a powder room. Lounge on the covered front porch, watching the horse carriages go by, or enjoy a barbeque on the deck with your friends and family. We have added wireless internet for your convenience. We strive to make your stay at Grace House a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

All the Guest Rooms are located on the first floor and are individually decorated featuring handpainted Oriental and antique furnishings, crystal chandeliers and European syle bedding complete with luxurious hand-ironed linens. Each room includes cable television, ipod/iphone docks with radio/alarm clock, luggage rack and built-in closets.

Pamper yourself in the spa-like atmosphere of our bathrooms with thick cotton towels, hair dryers and complimentary toiletries provided for your wellbeing.

Grace House can accomodate up to 6-8 adults *

(* twin deluxe air beds are available for 2 extra guests for a total of 8 at no additional charge )

Red Ibis Room

The most sensual of our guest rooms, ideal for a romantic getaway with that special person! This room, decorated in passionate red tones features a king sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

Mandarin Duck Room

Our most spacious and luminous guest room overlooks the garden and is decorated in elegant golds and neutrals featuring a king-sized bed. A full bathroom is located across the hall and is shared with the Kingfisher Room.

Kingfisher Room

The coziest of our guest rooms is also the sunniest. Decorated in teal and gold, this room features a double bed and direct access to the full bathroom that is shared with the Mandarin Duck room.

House Rules

Grace House is a lovingly decorated and well-kept private home in a quiet neighbourhood. The cottage is not suitable for more than 8 guests at a time and we have a no party and excessive noise policy in place.

Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 12 PM

Not recommended for young children.

Please no pets.

Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage.

Maid service and cleaning is not provided during your stay. Guests are expected to leave the home tidy with dishes clean and garbage properly discarded in containers provided. If additional maid service is desired it can be arranged.

A security deposit of $ 500 will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided upon arrival, and will be returned in full at departure if the premises are clean and nothing is missing, broken or damaged. The security deposit may be used in part or in full to pay for these charges.

Parking for 2 vehicles available on the premises. Street parking available for additional vehicles.

We pay your booking fee! Email us a copy of your receipt and we will deduct any booking fees charged by Cottagecountry.com from your balance!

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total is required at the time of booking, balance is payable on the day of arrival, on credit card provided or PayPal invoice unless notified otherwise. Deposit refunded in full minus 15% administration charges if cancellation is given in writing no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. After that, one night's stay will be charged. NEW: 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) INCLUDED in rates.
