Our two bedroom oceanfront cottage is located 50 feet off the water's edge and therefore provides the most intimate view of Pender Harbour's coves and bays and multitude of waterways. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave and has plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy a meal at home. Additional Bedroom Information

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, the "upstairs" bedroom offers two twin beds and plenty of space for the kids to play. The living room features a queen size futon bed, large flat screen TV and DVD, sitting area and access to the large, furnished deck.

Summer Season rate includes 4 people! All other rates (Spring, Shoulder and Winter rates) include 2 people!

"Four For Three" Special in effect January 1, 2012 - June 10, 2012 and September 15, 2012 to December 31, 2012! Stay three nights and your fourth night is free of charge!

House Rules

Rates include two persons per room; Summer Season rates include four persons per room (except junior and deluxe ocean view rooms)
Each additional person 13 years of age or older - $ 20.00 / night.
Children between the age of 6 and 12 - $ 10.00 / night.
We offer pet friendly accommodation with a pet charge of $20.00 per pet, per night.
All accommodations are non-smoking.
Rates are in Canadian Dollars.
Check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy

During Summer season reservation may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival - 1 night charge applies.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival - full reservation amount applies.
During Shoulder, Spring and Winter Seasons reservations may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellations or changes to a reservation must be in writing.
