Deposit of 30% of stay, or $400, whichever is the highest.
Subject to 5% Service and 13.65% HST (compounded on service fee).
House Rules
Maximum 11 occupants over 3 years old. Deposit upon booking of 30% of full stay or $400.00, whichever is highest. Rules and regulations will be supplied by resort after booking.
Cancellation Policy
$25 cancellation fee if cancelled before 21 days prior to arrival date. Deposit charged if cancelled between 7 to 21 days prior to arrival date. Full value of stay charged if cancelled after 7 days prior to arrival date. If unit is re-booked for entire stay, $25 cancellation fee applies. There is no refund for early departure.
