POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS
The Owner warrants that he will meet special requirements, on advance bookings provided reasonable time (minimum two weeks) notice is provided ie hot tubs etc.

Deposits on booking of one half total accomodation cost required in Canadian Dollars to Canadian Bank

Refundable security damage deposit required to be returned or applied against damage which is not normal wear and tear.

Refund Policy-Available if cancelled due to accident/emergency,illness

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be accepted in the event of serious illness/injury of the main holiday purchaser or his immediate accompanying family listed in the booking, subject to reasonable notice.
