Situated just steps away from beach, our marvelous vacation house in Wasaga Beach, Canada, is an excellent getaway for you to spend a few days with your dear ones. This four bedroom retreat is spacious enough to lodge up to eight guests. The bedrooms include king-size bed, queen-size bed, double bed and twin bed. To meet up your culinary demands, there is a fully equipped kitchen as well.

Snuggle up by the cozy fireplace during the winter months with someone special or just chit chat with your group while sipping your favorite drinks. Relax at the deck enjoying marvelous mountain views. A short walk will take you to near by beach. The fluffy white-sand beach is great for swimming.

Wasaga Attractions

Wasaga Beach has been long hailed as one of the premier tourist destinations in Ontario.

For over a century tourists have traveled to the welcoming shores of Nottawasaga Bay, to stroll along 14 kilometers of white sand beach, swim in warm, clean waters and enjoy the panoramic mountain views across the Bay.

The Town offers an excellent variety of restaurant choices. Special events are planned almost every weekend and evening entertainment abounds.

Perhaps the best kept secret in Wasaga Beach is the endless recreation trails for hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.

The trails have easy access routes to commercial centre’s, yet only a few feet away you are once again lost in the beauty of the sand dune system and abundantly forested landscape. Bring your camera and your sports gear. Our trail system is unforgettable.

For those wanting a change from land-based activities, try casting your rod in the Nottawasaga River for some magnificent game fishing. There are also boat rentals available and great canoe routes to explore.

Additional Bedroom Information

This dream home loacated 1 block from the beach has 4 (+2) bedrooms 3 bathrooms and an open concept kitchen-family room. There is an eating area in the kitchen and dining room seating for 8. There is a living room with fireplace and a sun deck off the back of the house.

On the upper level the master bedroom has a king bed, jacuzzi tub, shower and large closets and dressers. Three additional bedrooms have queen size beds and a shared full bathroom. There are two additional unfurnished rooms great for games or a play areas on both levels. These can also double as additional bedrooms but do not have sleeping beds. There is plenty of extra room in these additional rooms for air matresses and sleeping bags etc.

Additional Rate Information

A Security Deposit of $1000.00 is due and payable (cheque, money order or cash) 30 days prior to commencement of holidays.

Christmas Season 1st Dec2010 - 31st Jan 2011 CAD 1500 per week and week will be counted from Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled by the Lessee(s) shall be in writing. On receipt of such notice of cancellation, the Lessor shall endeavour to re-book the vacation home for the entire period of the original booking. Should the Lessee cancel in writing 60 days prior to the scheduled rental commencement date the Lessee shall only be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of $100. If the Lessor is successful in re-booking the vacation home for the entire period originally booked, the Lessor shall refund to the Lessee(s) all monies paid, less a cancellation fee of $100.00. If the Lessor only succeeds in re-booking the vacation home for a portion of the period originally booked, the Lessee(s) shall be responsible for the un-booked portion of the period originally booked plus a cancellation fee of $100.00 and any Balance Owing, by the Lessee(s), shall become due immediately. If the lessor is unable to re-book the vacation home at all, then all monies paid by the Lessee(s) shall be forfeited and the Balance Owing shall become due immediately.
