This quaint guest cottage shares a private 5 acre island with a 9 hole Frisbee golf course, expansive lawn for various games such as croquet, nestled in the trees offering blissful privacy with an outstanding sunset view. The private dock (20 x 20) is great for sunning and cocktails and includes a durable fiberglass canoe and possible access to additional classic cedar strip canoes dependant on experience. A prominent rock outcropping is the site of the outside firepit. The cottage is an open concept. The living room has a pull out couch in front of a cast iron Franklin fireplace. The harvest table comfortably seats 4 to 6 people and the cupboards are stocked with all of the tools to create daily culinary feasts.

Included in the kitchen are microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and cappuccino machine, water cooler, two fridges. The large screened in porch will be your most common place to enjoy the sunsets, or maybe even an exciting thunderstorm or just read a book.

An added bonus is the somewhat isolated beach side Bunkie with a double bed at the water’s edge. Linens are included as well as standard adult life jackets and paddles. Your hosts will be available in the main cottage and in their absence local support is available to address any immediate needs.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Water taxi is available from Carveth’s Marina a short 4 minute boat ride and a 14 foot tin boat with a 15 horse motor is available for an additional fee for those with a valid boating license. The island is located in very close proximity to Juniper Island where a general store and various forms of cottage entertainment are available.
