Interior Description

Upon entering the front door you'll find an open floor plan that reveals the living room and kitchen area. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD. The kitchen has everything, including a dishwasher and microwave. Remaining ground level is the first bedroom with a flat panel TV, a queen bed and a set of bunks with a double on the top and a double bed on the bottom and 3/4 bath access. Also, there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Making your way upstairs reveals 2 bedrooms; each with a flat panel T, a king and its very own full bath. The master bedroom has its own french doors leading to a balcony for private mountain views. Sorry, no garage access at this time.

Red River is nestled in New Mexicos's Sangre de Cristo Mountains, the southernmost subrange of the Rocky Mountains. Spanish for the "Blood of Christ," the Sangre de Cristo Mountain are said to have gotten their name from the beautiful red color of the range at sunrise and sunset. The area offers rugged, rocky terrain and features beautiful, green high sierra foliage. If you're looking for a quiet mountain retreat with beautiful views, come take in the serenity of Red River.

All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.

**CHRISTMAS 2012: DEC 20,2012-JAN 1,2013 $375 PER NIGHT**

BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
