Interior Description

Come into the home to find a warm and inviting entry hall. From the entry you will find yourself in a beautiful living room with a river rock fireplace and a flat panel TV. The living room and dining area are all one large room for perfect family and friend time. The Kitchen has been completely remodeled with new counter tops, appliances and cabinets.

Outside is a magnificent patio area with a rock fire pit to sit around and enjoy on beautiful sunny days or cool mountain evenings.

Winter Sports: The town of Red River is located at the base of the Red River Ski Area. Often referred to as the "Ski Town of the Southwest," Red River provides a great variety of options for getting out and enjoying the snow. Red River has miles of groomed snowmobile trails and of course boasts some of the nations best sking, the nearby resort offers a number of great runs for skiers of all ability levels.

Summer Sports: While the rest of the Southwest heats up in the summer, Red River remains a cool mountain retreat. Summer in Red River, New Mexico is the perfect time to get out and enjoy the beauty of nature. Head to the foothills for hiking and mountain biking trails or adventure off-road for some exciting and scenic ATV riding.

Additional Bedroom Information

The first bedroom is on the main floor with two twin beds, one queen bed and a sleeper sofa.There is a TV for games or movies only. A perfect place for the kids to hang out. This room has plenty of bed space for families or large groups. Going upstairs you will find an inviting King bed master suite with a walk out balcony overlooking the river. There is a fold out futon for additional sleeping space as well as a new flat panel TV. The master bathroom has a large double sink vanity with a beautiful glass door tub for comfort. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a bath room all to its own.All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.

**CHRISTMAS 2012: DEC 20,2012-JAN 1,2013 $450 PER NIGHT**

BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children

Check-in time is between 3:00PM - 5:30PM
Check-out time is on or before 10:00AM

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
