Interior Description

Upon entry is a comfortable living area with half bath, cable TV, with internet available. From the living area is french doors leading to the great outdoors with a spacious patio area; plenty of river and ducks! Through the interior french doors is a very large dining area leading to a cozy kitchen.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Winter Sports: The town of Red River is located at the base of the Red River Ski Area. Often referred to as the "Ski Town of the Southwest," Red River provides a great variety of options for getting out and enjoying the snow. Red River has miles of groomed snowmobile trails and of course boasts some of the nations best sking, the nearby resort offers a number of great runs for skiers of all ability levels.

Summer Sports: While the rest of the Southwest heats up in the summer, Red River remains a cool mountain retreat. Summer in Red River, New Mexico is the perfect time to get out and enjoy the beauty of nature. Head to the foothills for hiking and mountain biking trails or adventure off-road for some exciting and scenic ATV riding.

Hunting/Fishing: This mountain area is home to a wide variety of game animals, including elk, mule deer, bear and bobcats. Nearby rivers and lakes offer plenty of opportunities for anglers to cast their lines in search of a wide variety of trout. Ask us about guided hunting and fishing expeditions in the area.

Down the hall reveals 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared full bath and laundry room. Now choose a stairwell... from the living area making your way up the right stairwell reveals 4 bedrooms. Each with their very own unique style; all with queen beds, cable TV, private baths and balconies. Should you choose the left stairwell.. you'll find 2 bedrooms. Also with their own unique style; all queen beds, cable TV, private baths and balconies. Sorry no garage access. All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.

BASE RATES are for the first 16 people; regardless of age. For each additional person there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children

Check-in time is between 3:00PM - 5:30PM
Check-out time is on or before 10:00AM

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
