Additional Bedroom Information

The downstairs has one bedroom with two queens and a twin/double bunk bed, TV w/DVD/VCR and 3/4 bath.Upstairs has two bedrooms. The master has a King w/ two futons, flat screen TV, wood burning stove and full bath. The other bedroom has a Queen and full bath. All units are completely furnished (this means sheets, towels, plates, & silverware, as well as coffee pots, etc.) including fireplaces except for the efficiency units.

**CHRISTMAS 2012: DEC 20,2012-JAN 1,2013 $450 PER NIGHT**

BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children

Check-in time is between 3:00PM - 5:30PM
Check-out time is on or before 10:00AM

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
