Entering in down a small hallway, this house just erupts into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, dining area, well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, comfortable living area with queen size sleeper couch, tv/vcr, gas log fireplace, and washer/dryer. Also ground level is the Master bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. Upstairs into the large loft area is a queen as well as double bed with its own 3/4 bath

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Step out onto the spacious large deck and fire up the gas bbq grill or take in the beautiful mountain views. Also, conveniently located only 1/2 block from the copper chair lift.

This mountain area is home to a wide variety of game animals, including elk, mule deer, bear and bobcats. Nearby rivers and lakes offer plenty of opportunities for anglers to cast their lines in search of a wide variety of trout. Ask us about guided hunting and fishing expeditions in the area.

**CHRISTMAS 2012: DEC 20,2012-JAN 1,2013 $325 PER NIGHT**

BASE RATES are for the first 4 adults (13 years and older). For each additional adult (13 years and older) there is an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Children 12 years and under stay free. Units can only be booked up to the maximum occupancy; this includes infants and children

Rates change with the seasons. Units can only be booked for the NUMBER OF PEOPLE stated on each unit, this includes children. A three night minimum is required on all seasons. Christmas and Spring Break are four nights minimum. All rates are subject to change without notice.
