On this exclusive 2 acre private property that is landscaped with flowers, shrubs and rocks, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the grounds and the water. As it comes with a canoe, kayaks, row boat, your family will thoroughly enjoy beautiful Gull Lake (one of the largest lakes in the area with little traffic, even in high season). It has a large backyard to play volleyball, badminton or soccer. Bocci balls, and a horseshoe pit are also there. On the deck, you can enjoy your morning coffee/lunch or dinner amongst hummingbirds and woodpeckers facing the gorgeous backyard and the water . Fishermen will love the lake, swimmers tubing down to the lake and jumping off the dock. The lake is perfect for tubing, sailing and fishing. Inside is a very spacious cottage with 5 bedrooms and beautiful furnishings. At dusk you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and star gazing by the firepit.

Wood finish throughout, wood stove, propane fireplace, satellite tv, vcr, dvd, movies, nintendo, pinball machine, ping pong table, fooze ball, stereo, games room. Outside games include volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, bocci ball, croquet, etc... Canoe, kayaks and fishing row boat available.
