The Maple floors have been restored to original condition and all 4 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely renovated. There are several rooms on the main floor including the Living Room, Dining Room, Sitting Room and Sun Room allowing lots of space for everyone. The Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom is also located on the main floor. A great solution for those that prefer not to use stairs.

The home features 4 Queen bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathrooms as well as a Queen sofa sleeper in the Living room. Aylesbury Manor has a fireplace, a heated private pool, Central Air Conditioning, a 40” LCD High Definition TV with Blu-ray player, an Ipod docking station, wireless internet access, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.

Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 6-10 guests, and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get togethers and celebrations with good friends.

Niagara-on-the-Lake, often called the loveliest town in Ontario, has a long and distinguished history. Site of the old Neutral Indian village of Onghiara, it was settled at the close of the American Revolution by Loyalists coming to Upper Canada, many of whom had been members of the much feared Butler's Rangers based during the American Revolution at Fort Niagara, then under British control.

Rebuilt, Niagara became an active commercial centre, with a busy shipping and ship-building industry, as well as many shops and warehouses. The beautiful old homes lining the tree-shaded streets attest to the prosperity of its citizens.

Additional Bedroom Information

The main floor Master bedroom is a very spacious and romantic room featuring a Queen sized bed, country furnishings, a 32” TV/DVD, a wicker sofa and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower. This room works very well for elderly guests that may not want to use the stairs.

Upstairs is where the other 3 Queen Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, antique pieces, beautiful comforters and very comfortable mattresses with memory foam toppers.

The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in its en suite bathroom.

Additional Rate Information

Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional surcharge of $25.00 per person per night will be applied up to a maximum of 10 guests.

Rates include a thorough cleaning prior to and upon your departure. We also provide all linens, towels, soaps, paper products, and staples such as coffee, tea and spices.
During Summer season the heated pool is maintained at 86 degrees.

Maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property at any time.

Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date.
