Valemount is known as the "gateway to Mount Robson and the Rocky, Cariboo, and Monashee Mountains".The cottages are private, self-contained units with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom(s). Enjoy gorgeous views of the Carriboo Mountains and Rocky Mountains from comfortable chairs on your porch.

We also offer free wireless internet in the cottages and around the yard.

Area Information

Valemount (population: 1,995) is surrounded by the Rocky, Monashee, and Cariboo mountain ranges, and is located along the Yellowhead (Highway 5), near the junction of Highway 16 leading directly into Mount Robson Provincial Park.

This location and close proximity to the park translates into easy travel and access to incredible outdoor activities. These include hiking, bird watching, camping, fishing, whitewater rafting, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.

Things to Do:
In summer, canoe through the R.W. Starratt Wildlife Sanctuary, along the McLennan River, or in Kinbasket Lake. The former also features a hiking trail system to excellent bird watching locales. Those seeking more fast-moving waters can hook up with Mount Robson Whitewater Rafting or Stellar Descents and raft the legendary Fraser River.

In winter, snowmobile the vast network of local trails or cross-country ski in Jackman Flats Provincial Park or Camp Creek. Throughout the year, check out Valemount's list of annual festivals and events, including the Canoe Mountain Rodeo, the Robson Valley Music Festival, and Valmountain Days.

We charge $80 per night for one double (or queen) size bed.
For every additional person, we charge an additional $10 per night.
