Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds on deposits or payments before your booking date. Security Deposits are returned once the inspection process is complete after you check out, and will be returned to you via Interac E Transfer, or Expresspost to your registered address within 7 business days. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund of the payment if we are able to book the date to another party.

Stunning. Very Impressed
Our family arrived at the villa for a long weekend ski getaway at blue mountain. This place was absolutely stunning. We have stayed in Wasaga Beach before, as well as blue mountain, and this has got to be the nicest place in the entire area. Aaron welcomed us at the door, and had everything set to go. It was seemless. We literally walked in and were ready to unpack, and enjoy our weekend.
If you're looking to stay in Wasaga, this place is phenomenal. The service was on point, and the place was immaculately clean. Couldn't have asked for a better time. We now have a permanent place to stay on our weekend trips to wasaga. Thanks Aaron!

We stayed with Beach1.com the last few years, and this summer, we had a bigger group of friends, so we stayed at the villa. All I can say, is OMG. In Wasaga Beach you get a lot of really dumpy small cabin types of places, but this place was gorgeous. I mean, just look at the pictures yourself. If you want to stay somewhere nice for a change, where SUPER clean, you have wireless net, hot tub + gosh even more than i can explain in this short space. Stay here. Aaron at Beach1.com is amazing. he has the nicest places ever, and treats you SOOOO well. its like night and day compared to the rest of the town. This may as well be 13 reviews in 1 because my entire group of friends feel the same way.
