This cottage is approximately 40mins east of Kingston.It is located on beautiful Gananoque Lake. This piece of heaven is equipped with dishwasher, frig, stove, microwave, satellite T.V, washer & dryer, BBQ, Bonfire Pit, huge deck & dock and a large dining table for all to be together. Firewood is supplied. This cottage sleeps eight persons comfortably with 2bathrooms. This cottage is pet friendly. There is a large wrap around deck with porch roof that allows entertainment on the rainy days. Rental is Saturday @ 3pm to following Saturday to 10am. Rental dates start May18 and expire in Sept.29.

Gananoque Lake provides a sandy beach with deep water.The lake also provides a variety of fun such as boating, water-skiing, canoeing, kayaking and the FISHING IS AWESOME!!!! .

Rental is Saturday @ 3pm to following Saturday to 10am. Rental dates start June 16 and expire in Sept.29.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. A 1000.00 damage deposit for first time renters and the remainder of the rental fee is due in cash at the time of arrival.

House Rules

The rental home is pet friendly. The renter will advise me what pets will be in the home. The renters will be responsible to ensure their pets are controlled at all times, as well as any damage they may cause. It is important to me that visiting pets do not interfere with the activities or serenity of the neighbours. Please keep pets off of beds.
The home is totally non smoking.
I will require the names and what the visitors do, ie, retired, profession or occupation. I do not need to know personal details but would like to know that much about the guests who share my home.
I need to have the guests acknowledge that they are aware that the home is serviced by a septic system and are aware of the limitations. I'm not talking about rationing water or showers, more about what is flushed to into the system.
I need to know how many casual guests of the renters may visit during their visit. It's not my intention to have my home host Mega parties...within reason please.
Check in time is 3:p.m. on Saturday
Check out time is no later than 10 a.m. the following, or last Saturday rented. Please don't make me have to wake you up or drag you out of bed!
It is imperative that you enjoy yourself.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50 per cent of your rental cost is required to hold your reservation.
The deposit may be sent through the Cottage Country website or otherwise if you wish. A paypal account may be required to go through Cottage Country. I believe there is also a fee for that.
If you cancel a one or two week rental two weeks or more before the beginning of the rental period I will refund your deposit completely.
Rentals of more than two weeks must be cancelled 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period to get a full refund of the deposit.
If I am able to rent the home for the full price for the period that you cancelled I will refund your deposit in full, regardless of when you cancelled. I will do my best to do this, however may have to offer a reduced rate in the event of short notice. If this is the case your deposit will be used to offset the reduced rental cost, up to 50 percent of the deposit you gave.
If you cancel within two weeks of the time the rental is to start you will receive a refund of at least 50 percent of your deposit.
