Your Hosts Nadia and her daughter Michelle look forward to welcoming you into their beautiful home. Having both lived in downtown Toronto for most of the past 30+ years, they are passionate and informed ambassadors of this world-class city, and are happy to share the wealth of their city knowledge with you.

Close by is Toronto’s impressive clean and efficient public transit system, car rental agencies, Union Station for train travel, Toronto Island Airport, and designated drop-off points for bus service from Pearson International airport. There is no Toronto destination that is not easily within reach.

Toronto Attractions

Toronto's waterfront - one of North America's largest recreational waterfronts - provides a scenic backdrop for many popular and entertaining attractions including Harbourfront, Ontario Place, Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, and the Toronto Islands. It's also the setting of many big events including the Scotiabank Nuit Blanche, the Toronto International Film Festival, the Canadian National Exhibition, Caribbean Carnival and Winterlicious.

Room #1 - “Casual Elegance”
This beautiful room welcomes guests with its wide-open space, high ceiling and cathedral window. Tastefully decorated in warm shades of yellows, oranges and greens, this room includes a queen size bed, sitting area and writing desk, and still has enough room for a roll-out cot. Amenities include TV, high-speed Internet access, central air conditioning, iron and ironing board, luxurious linens and plush bathrobes to comfortably take you just down the hall to the bathroom.

Room #2 - “Blue Haven”
This invitingly comfortable room with high ceilings offers guests a warm and cozy atmosphere. Amenities include TV, high-speed Internet access, central air & air conditioning, luxurious linens, iron and ironing board, reading chair, desk and plush bathrobes to comfortably take you to the bathroom right next to your room.

Room #3 - “Tranquility Suite”
This ensuite apartment is sure to please the most discerning visitors. Beautifully appointed with rich bedding, elegant artwork and relaxing colours, this very large space with high ceilings includes a queen size bed, sitting area, writing desk, reading room and ensuite bathroom, with plenty of room left for a roll-out cot. Amenities include TV, high-speed Internet access, central air conditioning, iron and ironing board and luxurious linens.

Additional Rate Information

The rates are per night, in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes have been included. Should you wish to stay with us for 7 or more days, a $10 per night discount will apply.

$20.00 per night for each additional person. Parking is free.

Upon making your reservation, a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s stay will be applied to your credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If circumstances require you to cancel your reservation, please give us a minimum of 10 days notice. We will refund the deposit less $20.00 administration fee.

If cancellation is received with less than 10 days notice your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel part of your reservation before arriving a $20.00 fee will be charged for each night cancelled. No refunds or adjustments after arrival. 'No show" will be charged the full amount for all nights reserved.
