In the Heart of the Beautiful 1000 Islands, is where you'll find this gem of a family waterfront cottage with clear water for swimming, a large dock and nearby boat launch.

The air conditioned cottage and bunkhouse are comfortable and well appointed, with two bedrooms and a 4-piece bath in the cottage and a 3rd bedroom with a 2-piece bath in the bunkhouse. The cottage and bunkhouse are connected by a deck with a covered gazebo. Enjoy your evenings by a fire or just sit under the front porch, gazebo or at the waterfront and watch the sunsets.

There is a new dock ( 8'X50') and an 800 sq. foot sitting area at the waterfront.

**The six-person hot tub is available for use after the long weekend in September through November and from mid-April through the last Saturday in June.

History buffs can visit Fort Henry, a 19th century British Military Fortress, or one of the seventeen museums that showcase everything from woodworking tools to military and technological advances.

Accomodations are family and senior friendly. With air-conditioning, ceiling fans and heat, you will be very comfortable during your stay.

Internet and cell phone access is available, with a phone in the cottage for local calls. The area
is 9-1-1 serviced.

*Renters to supply all linens and towels. Pillows, quilts and blankets are provided.

**The 6-person hot tub is available for use after the long weekend in September through November and from mid-April through to the end of June.

*** Mid-June - August rentals are only avaialble by the week Saturday to Saturday.

**Prices are based on a maximum 6-person occupancy. An additional surcharge of $30 per night is required for the seventh person (adult or child).

When booking the week prior to the September long weekend, should you want the long weekend as well, we will provide a reduced long weekend rate. Contact us for more information.

Must book a minimum of 2 nights when booking a night rate through the week with 2 weeks notice.

House Rules

July & August rentals: SAT. 3PM - SAT. 10AM - No exceptions.

No SMOKING indoors.

Prices are based on a maximum 6-person occupancy. There is an additional $30 surcharge per night for an additional adult or child to a maximum of a 7-person occupancy.

Motorhome, trailers, campers or tents are not permitted.

**A well behaved pet may be allowed and ONLY with prior authorization: additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations shall be in writing no less than 30 (thirty) days from the start of the booking and be addressed to the owners. Upon receipt of this notice, we shall endeavour to rent the accommodation for the entire period of the original booking. If we are successful either fully or partially, a refund will be issued based on the re-rented amount, less a $325/ week, cancellation fee.

DAMAGE POLICY:
As owners, we ensure the cottage and chattels are in good working order. Should damage or breakage occur, you are responsible to pay for all damages. A damage deposit of $300 may be requested at the owner's discretion.
