A massive deck facing the water allows for outdoor dining and relaxing. Large windows provide wonderful views of the lake with west exposure offering spectacular sunsets. Lots of outdoor and indoor games available. There is a mudroom/laundry, ample closets in the bedroom and a beautiful muskoka room.

All appliances and fixtures are recent and the kitchen is fully stocked. With hardwood floors and pine paneling throughout, this cottage has a true muskoka feeling. The 200 feet waterfront has sun all day and is a magnificent granite rock perfect for a crowd to gather for drinks or around the campfire. Stairs down to a large dock give access to the water and an inflatable trampoline is anchored for fun games in the water. Sparrow Lake gives you access to the Trent Severn waterway, is a great fishing lake all year around and there is great golf nearby.

In the winter, you can snowmobile or cross-country ski on the lake. This cottage has been fully winterized and can be enjoyed all year round.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Our 200 feet frontage is beautiful muskoka rock. There is a staircase of about 15 stairs that takes you down to a large dock. It is about 4feet deep at the rock.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a double and single bed, and the Bunkie has 2 bunk beds ideal for a hideaway for children. There is also a pull out coach in the living room.

Additional Rate Information

Rate is $1,750/weekly for the main cottage all year around. The bunkie is an additional $250 per week. Minimum 2 nights booking. Full payment is due prior to rental.
