Ernest and Sharon Piercey invite you to stay in their beautiful home located in an exclusive, residential area of Deer Lake in the heart of the Humber Valley.

The Humberview Bed and Breakfast is the perfect starting point for your adventures in western Newfoundland. We are located near the crossroads of the Viking Trail to Gros Morne National Park and the Great Northern Peninsula, and just down the road from the Deer Lake International Airport. Golfing, salmon angling, camping, hiking, sightseeing, downhill skiing, snowmobiling, shopping - it's all at our doorstep.

The Humberview Bed and Breakfast has a four-and-a-half star Canada Select rating, a spectacular view of the Humber River, and all the amenities of home. Our beautiful rooms each have ensuite baths, cable television, wireless internet, and telephone upon request.

Relax in our sunny Reading area, or our Great/Living room with piano and wing backed chairs. In the morning, enjoy a full homemade breakfast with homemade jams and breads. Visit the Heart of the Valley.

The fjords of Gros Morne National Park, salmon fishing on the mighty Humber River and breath-taking biking and hiking areas are all in our backyard.

Skiing & Snowmobiling
The West Coast of Newfoundland is a winter paradise with Marble Mountain's alpine ski hill just minutes away by four-lane highway. This mountain has been called the "best skiing east of the Rockies." You'll find an abundance of cross-country skiing trails and snowmobiling trails in the area.

Luxurious, spacious, warm, and inviting - the Humberview Bed and Breakfast is the ideal getaway when traveling in Newfoundland and Labrador or celebrating a special occasion.

Our seven rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated. Each has an ensuite bath, cable television wireless internet and telephone upon request.

The Grand Suite
A must for honeymoons and anniversaries, the Grand Suite is more than 820 sq. ft. of palatial elegance second to none, which includes a sitting area overlooking the Humber River. Also includes a jacuzzi, queen size poster bed and walk in shower. In room breakfast on request.

The Aurora Room
An ensemble of yellow and blue, the Aurora Room is over 240 sq. ft. of comfort. Enjoy the spacious, queen-sized bed, adjoining shower and whirlpool tub.

The Belle Room
At 275 sq. ft., The Belle Room is a room of rich, dark colours - burgundy and green accentuate the beautifully crafted patterns, complete with a bird's-eye view.

The Imperial Room
A room tastefully coloured with dark greens, dark mahogany furniture accented with tan accessories and bedding. At over 234 sq. ft., the Imperial Room comes complete with two double beds and ensuite washroom.

The Regal Room
A room completed in dark crimson colours, complimented with dark mahogany furniture and gold trim/off-white bedding and draperies.At over 212 sq. ft the regal room has a queen bed and ensuite.

The Royal Suite
This room is completed in all majestic colours with heavy tapestry bedding and drapes. At over 314 sq. ft., the Royal Suite comes complete with a four poster queen bed, an ensuite washroom/shower and soaker tub

The Beau Room
At over 185 sq. ft., The Beau Room is completed in dark green, and complemented with dark mahogany furniture, ensuite, and a view of the Humber River.

Rates start at $119.00 - $159.00 plus tax. Seasonal Discounts will apply. Rooms Rates are based on double occupancy, additional persons a surcharge of $10.00 Per Person will apply.
