The location is very peaceful, private and secluded and a haven for water fowl, including Great Blue Herons, Canada Geese, Cormorants, Sandpipers and Bald Eagles. Two of the guest rooms offer views of the ocean.

Launching is located in Eastern PEI, 15 minutes from Cardigan on a beautiful red, sandy, private beach and adjacent to a white sandy beach. Ideally located within 20 minutes of the towns of Montague and Souris. Only 20 minutes to Dundarave and Brudenell Golf Courses; 30 minutes to the Links at Crowbush Cove and 50 minutes to Charlottetown. Very peaceful and secluded setting, featuring breathtaking scenery, natural beauty, pristine beaches, and a haven for waterfowl. Tourist Region: Kings County – Bays and Dunes Region. Nearest Town: Cardigan – 18 km. Nearest Hospital: Montague – 29 km. Nearest Body of Water: Boughton Bay.

Cottage features 3 bedrooms with queens beds in each and a fourth bedroom with bunk beds (double on bottom and single on top), playpen, high chair, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub for 2 in master bedroom, 2 bathrooms. Comfortably sleeps 9.

Additional Rate Information

Pets welcome but a extra fee of $10.00 / day per pet applies. Cottage is rented from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August. Shorter stays accepted during the off-season. Visa, MasterCard, money orders and cheques accepted. Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival and checkout time is 10am on day of departure. To ensure we are ready for your arrival, please confirm your arrival time in advance.

To confirm reservation there is a 30% deposit required within 10 days of making reservation. Deposits can be made by cheque, money order, VISA or MasterCard. The balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. In the event of cancellation after April 1 deposit is non refundable unless we can rent the property. If we can rent the property we will refund deposit less a $75.00 admin fee.
