For those in search of comfort and cleanliness, you will find that our housekeeping cottages are the cream of the crop. Spaciously placed across our ten-acre property (150 to 300 feet apart), our modern two and three-bedroom wood cottages and cabins will become your "home-away-from-home" while you enjoy your stay with us. Relax and daydream in your screened-in porch, while also enjoying all the comforts of electricity, hot and cold running water, showers, satellite T.V. and a refrigerator and stove.

Area Information

Activities abound at Andorra Lodge, allowing the "child" inside you, or your very own children, opportunities that are almost limitless. Our sprawling ten-acre property offers such delights as volleyball, badminton, horseshoe pits, swings and hiking. A large fire pit is also located by the water's edge - a preferred gathering place for marshmallow roasts or ghost stories.

The sandy beach is perfect for relaxing or for making castles on, and the refreshing water is always on hand for a quick dip or a leisurely paddle. (Don't forget to try our diving board for exciting spills and thrills!)

Feel free to use one of our kayaks to explore the lake with, or rent a canoe and see where your paddle will take you. We offer guided canoe tours that depart from our sandy beach, an adventure that lasts between four and six-hours and culminates in a cliff climb to see the spectacular views of Temagami. (This will definitely take your breath away)

Golf lovers will appreciate the fact that two courses are located a short distance from our lodge, while the nearby town of Temagami offers activities such as the Fire Tower and the White Bear Forest Hiking Trails. Don't forget to visit the Northern Ontario Mining Museum located in the town of Cobalt.

As you can see, the old cliche "too much time on your hands" will never come into play up here.

House Rules

-No Jet Skis permitted
-For reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Balance due on check-in. Visa, Cash, no cheques.
-All rates subject to applicable taxes.
-Check-in Time AFTER 2:00 p.m.
-Check-out Time BEFORE 9:00 a.m.
-There will be an extra charge for early check in.
-Pets, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
-We will not be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred while on our premises or while using our equipment.
-We will reserve the right to substitute accommodations and equipment should the need arise due to circumstances beyond our control.
-Very important - obey the fishing regulations, respect the environment by not littering. Wildlife should be enjoyed, not harassed.
-No boats are allocated for guests under 18 years of age.
-An approved lifejacket, which is provided, must be carried for every person in every boat. When you bring your own boat, this responsibility is yours.
-Boats are not equipped with running lights. Use after sunset at your own risk.
-Canoes, boats & motors cannot be transferred to other customers.
-Refunds - no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No credit is given for outboard gas left in our tanks.
-Security deposit for boat, motor & cottage required. (visa)
-No Visitors
-No Pets
-If a guest or group is causing damage to our property, or is disturbing other guests, we have the right to terminate your stay.
