This 4 seasons cottage is newly furnished and renovated with lots of love and intention.We feature a large open family room / dinning room with fireplace connected to large mud room so you and you guests can enjoy time together( image 2 and image 7). The common spaces include a large fully equipped kitchen with a screened Muskoka dining area. A second small kitchen also equipped with new appliances. image 13

The indoor pool is available at extra cost depending on the season and duration of stay. Please contact us directly for details.

We will gladly accommodate to your preferred arrival and departure times providing they do not overlap those of other guests.

Payment is normally in Canadian dollars but can be made in U.S. dollars by request. We will accept a personal cheque, wire transfer or credit card (see below).

Credit cards: We can only accept credit cards or cash via Paypal and at least 1 months before the arrival date. It is easy and you do not need to have a Paypal account yourself to send money. However, please note that this service incurs a 3% transaction fee surcharge to your total booking cost. The Paypal-credit card option was intended mainly for guests from outside of Canada.

Deposit To Reserve
Your dates will be held on reserve when we receive a minimum of 50% deposit. Payment of the full amount due, (not including the security deposit ) is required 10 days prior to arrival date.

Once a payment has been received, we will contact you to confirm receipt of funds and your booking dates. Your booking will be confirmed and guaranteed once we receive the 50% deposit.

Return of Security Deposit

A deposit for security/damage will aslo be requested in cash upon arrival (or at the established time if arrangements cannot be made with owners during your arrival.) If you have complied with our Rental Agreement, we hold back the security deposit until the final inspection which is conducted during the final cleaning. It is your responsibility to advise us of any and all damage or broken items as soon as they occur. Damage is assessed and deducted from the deposit (rare). The deposit is usually returned within 72 hours from departure.

House Rules

Cottage agreement

$700 damage deposit is required on day of arrival, this deposit is returned in full within 72 hrs of checkout after cottage is inspected and no damages encountered

Please return everything to it s place before you leave so that you are not held responsible for missing items
All indoor/ outdoor furniture must be returned to their original spot, otherwise 1 hour cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit

For sanitary reasons please remove all linens and leave the on the floor beside bed
All additional linens used can be left on top of the washing machine, HANG all used towels in the laundry room and hooks provided to avoid mold, otherwise 1 hour cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit ( if applicable)

Cleaning fee does not included dirty dishes, pots or pans. Please return these clean items to their appropriate spot before departing otherwise
1 hour cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit

Absolutely no smoking in the house, outdoors only, please ensure to take your butts with you when you leave thank you.
* no excessive outdoor noise after 9pm
* if you use the fire pit, ensure you put out the fire completely before you return to the house
* You will be asked to sign a liability release waiver for you and all your guests
*  you must take your garbage and recycling with you when you leave as the area has no pick up (we encourage you to separate garbage and recycling) You can store garbage in the garage until you leave. 

Please note that an additional charge will be applied if the request listed are not followed

Please use  only the big pond behind your cottage ( unless otherwise stated)
Driveways and paths other then the ones leading up to our property belong to the neighbors, please do not trespass.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit can be refunded up to 10 prior to check in date.
