Mont Tremblant Lac Maskinonge Chalet is a modern executive luxury, family and romantic oriented vacation cottage. It is minutes to the Tremblant Pedestrian village or Mont Blanc Resort, in the heart of the laurentians. This waterfront property has a view of Mount Ryan, lovely swimming and excellent fishing. This luxury chalet/cottage is competitively priced and perfect for romantic and family getaways. It is also suitable for adventure seekers coming to the Laurentians or tremblant regions for activities such as world class skiing, mountain biking, golf, or any of the laurentian activities. There are amazing amenities on site, three different kinds of coffee makers, all appliances, a napolean grill/ BBQ with propane supplied. There is a main level open concept living room which has a huge 55inch LED screen with surround sound, and media library. There is a private lower level suite with a family room, bathroom with shower, and a private third bedroom. In this lower level there is the the second large flat screen with surround sound, Wii, and desktop computer. The two surround sound systems include DVD/ Blue Ray, Media player, Movie library, IPOD Docks.
This unit is well suited to entertain the children, and keep the adults happy. It is executive and luxurious in its decor and elegance. It equals the fairmont, but much less expensive and more private. Within walking distance is fine dining, (Tratoria Di Lago, Italian Fine Cuisine). Close by is the village of St. Jovite or Mont Tremblant and the Pedestrian village.
Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities
This four season vacation home, is found in the heart of the laurentians, Quebec's winter and summer playground, featuring world class golf courses, multiple theme parks, amazing fishing. Close by is also the Tremblant International Airport, helicopter rides and seaplane rides and fine dining at Tratoria Di Lago. The property itself is waterfront with a dock for swimming, fishing, and enjoy the canoe, kayak, or powered fishing boat. The water features pike, bass, and I am told there are muskey but I haven't caught one....yet... The laurentians feature dog skiing, dogsledding, ATV, and snowmobile trails. In the summer the opportunities for recreation, adventure are endless. I encourage you simply google the laurentians for a description. Nearby, 7 minute drive for for shopping to stock the fully equipped kitchen is the community of Ste. Jovite/Mont Tremblant.

This home is a lovely, four season vacation home. On three levels it has private upper bedrooms that have closets, picture windows three luxurious bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. On the main level it is divided by a grand staircase between the dining room, kitchen and living room in elegant open concept living for entertaining or supervising the children. In the lower level, it is private, has a family room, and a private bedroom with washer dryer and shower. The home spans about 1700 square feet. The home has a lovely fireplace, two large screens both equipped with surround sound, and movie libraries for men, "chick flicks", children and toddlers. Also there is a Wii game so bring your games and controllers. The home also has internet, and a desktop computer. Outside there is a deck, napolean grill/bbq, large yard and your own private waterfront to enjoy. Of course there is amazing fishing/catching.

Lock box on property. Pass code and security deactivating code will be provided.
Cleaning of unit is requested, leave as you would your own home,
For use of three available watercraft, electric fishing boat, kayak, canoe add'l fee $150.00.
For Guests greater than 4, Small Extra Linen fee of $60.00 to be provided on second installment.
Guests are required please strip sheets, duvet covers, towels and start as much of laundry as possible.

Method of Payment for Deposits, And Final Payments, Preference is by Email Web Banking Money Transfer. Check by Snail Mail is also accepted and IBAN Transfer.
A deposit of 50% is due upon booking. All funds quoted are in Canadian dollars. A receipt indicating rental period will be emailed to you shortly after processing.
A credit card number must be provided whether or not payments are made in this manner. This is for any potential unforeseen charges, potential damage, excessive data charges, or unreasonable cleaning requirements.
Final Payment:
Remainder of rental payment is due 30 days in advance of the reservation.
A final receipt confirming reservation and indicating rental period will be emailed to you shortly after processing.
All reservations are guaranteed. The deposit and final payment are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the client, within 30 days, you will be refunded 50% of the total rental agreement. Again, cancellation must be made within 30 days to receive a 50% credit. If not cancelled within 30 days, the total rental agreement will be honored whether or not you take possession during the reserved period.
Exceptions for the 50% refund policy apply during prime time rental periods. There will be no refund during these peak periods. This includes, all “long weekends”, Christmas week, New Years week, Presidents’ week and all school break periods as well as post secondary break periods.

This place is perfect to escape, St Jovite is the most charming town Ive
been to in ages.
Tremblant is a world in it's own.
The Cottage is clean, modern, we had a blast in the kitchen, cooking
is geared to entertain
and this place, I suggest a "full bodied Cabernet".
The bed in the basement ( for the man who "supposedly" snores) is
more comfortable than my bed at home, absolutely first class.
Paul and Francois have been doing this for quite some time,
it's apparent they know what they're doing ,totally accomodating and very professional.
Bring a camera , the view of the "Hill" (Tremblant) is breath taking.
The view from the top cannot be described.

Great Family Vacation Spot,
My family stayed at this cabin - four of us including two kids, ages 5 and 6 and it gave us the space we needed for privacy and together time. A perfect retreat. Cozy in all aspects - decor, wood stove, layout. A quick easy drive to town and the slopes. It felt like home and we ate a lot of meals in the cabin, read and relaxed, plus we were able to go skiing and tobogganing. Kids separated into the media filled family room and we had the living room. Felt like we were in the middle of the woods with snow falling steadily throughout the stay. Yet, there were enough modern amenities (TV, internet, keurig coffee) that we did not feel to far removed from it all. This was a special place and we would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone. LT
Wow - I Look Forward To Coming Back
In truly enjoyed my vacation at this cottage. Over the years my family have rented a few places, but by far this was the best for the price and amenities. It was the little touches that made all the difference! The coffee was a great - it was like staying at a hotel with coffee in my room!
I loved the separate entrance and mud room off the back of the cottage the best. We could store all our gear and equipment without having to trip all over it in the cottage.
I loved the fact we could get anywhere we needed to go in 30 minutes or less! 15 minutes to Tremblant Village, 10 minutes to the grocery store and an evening out at the end of the road!
I found booking and dealing with the owners a breeze. I have already booked for next year!
