Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

A gentle walk from the cottage takes you to the sundeck atop the boathouse. There is swimming off the dock and access to the water toys. There is a 16 foot canoe, a 3-person paddle boat with a bikini top, and a wide-body Legend fishing boat with a 4 stroke, 9.9 hp Honda engine. The boathouse offers a fridge and storage space, paddles and lifejackets. There are comfortable chairs and loungers on the sundeck under a large umbrella. Please note that all operators of motorized watercraft require a Pleasure Craft Operator Card - Boating License so you need to plan ahead.

The dock offers privacy in a picturesque Muskoka setting and the perfect spot to watch children play in the shallow water with sandy bottom.

Additional Bedroom Information

Bedroom 1 is facing the lake with a walkout to the front deck, a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed, lots of closet space and an ensuite. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Bedroom 4 includes a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 5 is on the lower level along with a bathroom, family room and games room.

Additional Rate Information

The cottage is available for rent all year round. During the months of July and August we require a one week minimum booking and long weekends are a three-day minimum. All prices quoted below are subject to HST.

High Season: July and August $6,000 per week
Holiday Weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas Holidays, Family Day and March Break $800 per day

Cancellation Policy

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will entertain the cancellation of a cottage booking within the following parameters:
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is between the time of booking and 30 days prior to the start of the rental;
- the full deposit becomes non-refundable if the cancellation is within 30 days prior to the start of the rental. In the event that the cottage can be rented on such short notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
