Sunset Bay Resort boasts four housekeeping lakefront cottages, nestled amongst mature trees along the lakeshore. Relax in style, in one of our fully equipped two or three bedroom modern cottages. Each cottage boasts a beautiful pine interior, kitchenette with electric appliances, and three piece bathroom. It has all the amenities, for those "who are really not into roughing it."

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Our cottages are spaciously spread along the Lakeshore, only a few feet from the water's edge. While laying in bed at night, you should be able to hear the waves slapping and the Loon crying. Blackflies are not an issue here!
Our shoreline is generally sandy (not muddy) with a gradual slope, safe for those swimming.
We have a large dock and a swim raft for the kids to jump off.

Individual Cottage Description

Each of the two and three bedroom house-keeping cottages are new,located on the waterfront and come with your choice of two or three bedrooms with double or queen beds, three piece bathrooms, living room, and kitchenettes with electric fridge, stove, coffee maker, and microwaves. Some cottages have a t.v with satelite. Each cottage has treated and monitored drinking water, its own propane BBQ, fire pit and lawn chairs. All you have to do is bring your bedding, toiletries, and towels! Don't put off this vacation or outdoor trip another day!

OVER 20% Discount for Off-Season Weely Rate (Apr.-June, Sept.-Oct.):$575/wk, includes cottage and boat & motor, gas extra.

Cottage #1 - $775.00 (1-5 persons)
Cottage #3 (Log Cottage) - $825.00 (1-8 persons)
Cottage #4 - $775.00 (1-5 persons)
Cottage #5 - $775.00 (1-7 persons)

A credit card #, or damage deposit may be requested upon arrival.
Cottages are rented from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 12:00 pm, and check out time is 9:00 am. A deposit per cottage by cheque or money order is required to book a reservation. The balance on your account will be cash only upon arrival.

All rentals are subject to HST. Sunset Bay Resort will accept some pets, although it is not encouraged. Linens are available upon request and please bring your own towels. Please do not hesitate to contact us for additional information.

House Rules

A credit card # will be securred for a damage deposit for the cottage or boat rental. A $100.00 cleaning fee may apply if caught smoking in our non-smoking cottages or any mess/damage from pets.

Cancellation Policy

90 days notice prior to arrival date for any cancellations or deposits are non-refundable. Will refund deposit if cottage is re-booked.
