Property Description

Come and experience real island life and down home hospitality at our family run establishment over-looking Covehead Bay.

We’re centrally located between Stanhope and Brackley Beach on MacMillan Point Road, only 20 kms from downtown Charlottetown. We’re situated on 6 beautiful acres on a quiet, dead-end road offering scenic walks and bike rides with gorgeous water views. We’re only a few minutes drive to the PEI National Park, beaches, golfing, fishing, horseback riding, and more!

We offer seven 2-bedroom cottages that all include a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable open concept living/dining room, satellite television, VCR &/or DVD players, a large sun deck with gas barbeque, picnic table, and many more features to make you feel at home.

On our property you will also be able to enjoy our solar-heated in-ground swimming pool with large sundeck, a fun kiddie spray-n-splash pool, an eclectic petting farm, children’s playground, large open lawn for the kids to run freely, bicyles & helmets, sports activities, a variety of games, a video library with large Disney selection, and nightly bonfires. We also offer coin laundry, wifi or office internet access, and fax services.

What To Do

BEACHES
PEI is blessed with miles of sandy shoreline in colourful stretches of white, champagne, pink and red beaches. Island beaches are among the best in the country with the warmest ocean waters north of Virginia. And we are conveniently located within 10 kms of three popular beaches, Brackley Beach, Dalvay Beach and Stanhope Beach.

FESTIVALS & EVENTS
PEI finds many reasons to celebrate each year as Islanders subscribe to the "never a dull moment" philosophy. You will find celebrations geared towards culture, food, history, holidays, music, storytelling or just plain old fashioned fun. FISHING
We are less than 10 kms from Covehead Harbour, where you’ll find several sport fishing companies such as Campbell’s Deep-Sea Fishing, Fishy Business, Richard’s Deep-Sea Fishing, and Salty Seas Deep-Sea Fishing.

There are also many more sport fishing operators located at the nearby North Rustico wharf.

GOLF
We are located only 5 kms from Stanhope Golf & Country Club located along scenic Covehead Bay with an 18 hole par 72 course of satisfying par 3s, long par 4s and par 5s where birdies are possible.

We are less than 12 kms from Rustico Resort Golf and Country Club with views of the ocean from every hole. Features an 18 hole par 73 course.

We are approximately 35 kms from the prestigious Links at Crowbush Cove, one of Canada’s top 10 courses. With sand dune and oceanside settings, this 18 hole par 72 course is a must.

PEI NATIONAL PARK
We are located only 10 kms from the park entrance. All areas of the National Park highlight sand dunes, supervised beaches, sandstone cliffs, salt marshes, ponds, woodlands, wildlife, and cultural landmarks such as Green Gables and Dalvay by the Sea. Activities include bird watching, beach walks, cultural campfires, camping, swimming, hiking, biking, picnicking, golf and tennis.

Two double bedrooms, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, open concept living/dining room, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, brand new 3-piece washroom (showers only - one cottage has a 4-piece washroom with bathtub & shower), large sun deck with gas barbecue.

Rates

Fees & Deposits

Additional Rate Information

Rates based on 4 people. Sleeps maximum of 6 people.
Each additional guest = $10 / night or $60 / week.

House Rules

Remaining balance is due upon your arrival.
Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard. It can also be made by cheque if your reservation is made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 administration fee.
If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund and the full amount will be charged.
In these circumstances, we will do our very best to fill all or part of your cancelled reservation with a new booking. In that case, we will refund any recovered days, less a $100 administration fee.
