Chalet includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. Master bedroom has a King bed, gas fireplace, HDTV, DVD, walk in closet, adjoining bathroom with two separate vanities, and jetted tub and walk in steam shower. Second master bedroom has a King bed, HDTV, DVD, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, and shower only. Third bedroom has a two twin beds, HDTV, adjoining bath with 2 sinks, shower only. Fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, HDTV, VCR, and full bathroom just outside bedroom in hall. Fifth bedroom has twin bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, HDTV, shares bathroom with sixth bedroom. Sixth bedroom has a Queen bed, and bathroom with shower only just outside bedroom in hall.

House Rules

Deposits: Two nights rental fee is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Minimum Stays: Three to seven nights are required depending on property and dates requested. Other restrictions may apply.

Maid Service: Guests staying a minimum of 7 nights receive a midweek linen change and light cleaning. Daily maid service is available if desired at an additional charge. Selected luxury properties will receive a daily maid service included with the rental fee.

All properties are non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed without prior written authorization.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Penalties: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, full payment is forfeited. There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Ask your reservationist for details.
