laundry services on site, remarkable deck space both in front and back that is perfect for
entertaining, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Additional Rate Information

Initial deposit includes a security deposit of $500 (refunded in full at
conclusion of rental period assuming cleanliness, honouring of all
contractual agreements) plus 50% of the rental fee.
