Situated on a private lake in the heart of nature on a beautiful wooded area of ​​105 acres, this chalet built in 2004 is Quebec-style, finished in cedar and is an oasis in the heart of a lush forest surrounded by mountains, trails, surrounding a beautiful and natural private lake. Located just an hour away from Montreal, just 5 minutes from the friendly village of St-Come, 10 minutes from the ski Val Saint-Come and golf. The chalet can accommodate 11 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is fully equipped.

During the summer, the private dock at the lake can dock the boat (rowboat or pedal boat) provided free of charge. General Overview

Our unique cottage "L'Atre on the lake" is a piece on piece style cottage with cedar inside and outside with full big beams on ceilings and has wood floors. The cottage has a very rustic interior decor, a home style of yesteryear but with all the comfort.

This chalet has 3 large closed bedrooms, there are few accomodation beds, for 11 people sleeping, you can bring other accomodation beds. There is one family complete bathroom and a second bathroom. There are 2 levels, open area on the main floor with a large seperately entry with 3 closets.The main level and the large screen porch, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have a wonderful view from everywhere on the lake, the wilderness and the mountains. There is a fireplace, firewood is also provided. The cottage is fully furnished and is equipped with a refectory wooden massif table, a long accomodation extension table if needed, with his chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, dishwasher, dishes, appliances. There are a washer machine and a dryer machine, television, a VCR, a DVD player, express vu TV and music, internet wireless high speed and an alarm system. Towels and bedding are provided. .

On the veranda that offers a magnificent view of the lake, there is a large patio table with chairs and a BBQ on the balcony. One propane bottle is also provided. A lot of closed storage.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

On site summer activities include: swimming (50 feet from the cottage), paddling, hiking the many trails, biking, berry picking and trout fishing. During the summer, the private dock has one rowboat and one paddle boat, provided free of charge and enjoy swimming and sun. Campfire site. BBQ. Large crean porch. Enjoy the magnificent forest. Nearby winter activities include: skiing at Val St-Come just 10 minutes away, 45 minutes from the ski slopes of St-Donat, snow slides on air cussions or dog sledding (dogsleigh in St-Jean-de-Matha). .Please contact for rate information. We rent preferably seasonnely. But we also rent anualy or monthly, weekly, week-end. The rate include everything, taxes, cottage full equipped, nothing to bring.
