This chalet is an oasis in the heart of a lush forest surrounded by mountains, trails and a beautiful natural lake. Located just an hour 15 away from Montreal, just 5 minutes from the friendly village of St-Come, 10 minutes from the ski Val Saint-Come and golf. The chalet sleeps 16 people with stunning views of the lake (50 feet from the cottage) and the surrounding nature. Very large front lake and outdoor peacefull space.This is a spacious chalet, ideal for groups, extended families or couples. There are six private rooms, a 2 places sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, whirlpool bath and 3 fireplaces.2 living rooms. It is fully furnished and equipped including a large dining table, extended table, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, express vu, BBQ, wifi high speed internet.Bedding and an alarm system. Also there is a deck, patio table, boats (rowboats and pedal boats) and campfire site.

General Overview

Our cottage LA SOURCE on the lake is located at 1:30 from Montréal airport, touristic village of Saint-Côme, 10 minutes to down the hill of Mount Val Saint-Côme.

The cottage is located on a wild land of 105 acres of forest and wilderness and in the middle, there is our private lake. A wonderful trail in the forest makes the tour of the entire lake. A handmade rustic bridge helps you to cross a magnificent stream that goes in cascades. A bench is at your convenience to let you the opportunity to admire the nature and take a pause. Only four cottages are built on the lake. They are far from one of the other; the complement land is still intact. The village and his utilities are located at only 5 minutes by car. The cottage is very near of all sports and attractions.

Marvellous vu on the lake, the wilderness and the mountains. Very private.

La Source has 6 closed bedrooms, 16 places to sleep, one main living room, a secondary one, 2 open area, 3 bathrooms, 2 refrigerator, all appliances, 3 fireplaces (wood for the fireplaces included). The kitchen is full equipped so you have all the bedrooms linen and the bathroom linen, basis products, high speed internet wifi, satellite TV, alarm system, DVD, sound system, you have nothing to bring, we are used and enjoy to rent to ski team, etc.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

On site summer activities include: swimming in our ecological natural lake located at 50 feet in front of the cottage, private waterfront, paddleboat, rowboat, hiking in the forest or in our trail, biking, berry picking and trout fishing. Cascade stream. Camfire site. Large playground. Deck with patio set and BBQ.
Nearby summer activities include: parc du Mont-Tremblant and Ouareau forest, waterfalls, bike tours, horseback riding, new golf courses in St-Come at 10 minutes away and other golfs, circuit trans-Québec ATV. Possibility to rent canoes and kayaks to go down the river l'Assumption, summer theaters and several restaurants. Ice-cream area, bistro. Spa/personnal health care concept on the river at 10 minutes away. In the village there are festival and tennis courts.Outfitters.
On site winter activities include: private trail in the forest around the lake for crosscountry ski and snowshoeing, skating on the lake.
Nearby winter activities include: skiing at Val St-Come just 10 minutes away, 45 minutes from the ski slopes of St-Donat, snow slides in St-Jean-de-Matha (20 km), many circuit for crosscountry ski and snowshoeing, dog sledding, ice sculpture festival in the village, ice fishing outfitters and circuit trans-Québec for snowmobiling and ATV. Please contact for rate information. We rent preferably seasonnely. But we also rent anualy or monthly, weekly, week-end. The rate include everything, taxes, cottage full equipped, nothing to bring.
