Quiet Bay Log Motel offers guests a choice of comfortable rooms, some with fireplaces and kitchenettes, or the cottage (pictured left). Enjoy all the comforts and just relax in a peaceful atmosphere if that is your desire. Enjoy the outdoor seasonal pool or year 'round hot tub. The Quiet Bay Café is a great place for breakfast or lunch. Located right on Ahmic Lake, enjoy the many activities available or relax. The star filled night sky is breath-taking.

Boating And Fishing

Bring your own boat of any size to Quiet Bay Log Motel or rent one of ours. Ahmic Lake is at your doorstep with day trips up the Magnetawan River through the locks in the village of Magnetawan. Then ride up to Burks Falls on Lake Cecebe and the Magnetawan River. (Fees applicable to pass through the locks.) Or, just stay on one of the lakes and do some sight-seeing taking in the beautiful cottages and homes. You may want to try your hand at fishing while you relax on the water. Bring your own motor boat and enjoy the fun and exciting family sport tubing, water skiing or wake boarding.

Fishing is great year round. Walleye, Small mouth Bass, and Pike are species you can catch in Ahmic Lake, surrounding lakes and along the Magnetawan River. Bring your own fishing gear, bait and tackle.

Individual Unit Description

The Quiet Bay Log Motel has 10 rooms, some with fully equipped kitchenette (except oven). All the rooms have private bath, high ceilings, oak furniture, 2 queen beds or 1 queen and 1 twin bed. Coffeemaker, Refrigerator, Microwave, TV, Phone, Radio-Alarm are all included. A terrace at the rear (view above) with view to Ahmic Lake. Hot tub and swimming pool are just steps from the room patios. Rooms #1 and #2 are wheelchair accessible with fireplace. Rooms 5, 9 & 10 have a kitchenette.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Seniors over 60 years receive 10% OFF (except 28.6.-4.9.2013).
Additional person $ 10.00 over 12 years and $ 5.00 under 12 years.

Cancellation Policy

At least 48 hours for Motel rooms and ONE week for Cottage before arrival, otherwise first night booking rate plus tax.
