"Restawhile " cottage at Red Bay, Ontario(Red Bay is approximately a 15 minute drive north of Sauble Beach and north west of Wiarton) is a 760 sq.ft. bright, modern ,private 3 bedroom cottage on a 99'x79' lot with a partial view of Lake Huron. Although, "Restawhile" cottage is not waterfront, there is access to the beach and lake and a 2 minute walk will take you there. Children will delight in the shallow, sand entry into the water (no undertow) and the water is warm in the summer. There are no rocks or stones and the water is clear and refreshing.Red Bay is approximately a 15 minute drive north of Sauble Beach and north west of Wiarton.

There are 3 bedrooms-one bedroom has a comfortable double bed, clothes closet and dresser, a second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, dresser and ample room for a baby's crib.. The third bedroom has a comfortable single bed, ceiling fan and dresser.

The spacious living-room has 2 chesterfields,2 easy chairs, satellite TV DVD player and located by the window is a dining table which comfortably seats 5 people.A door leads to a 24'x10' deck with comfortable chairs and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals if you want to do so.

The yard has beautiful trees, a picnic table, propane BBQ and your own fire pit where you may want to toast marshmellows In the evening or take a 2 minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the world famous Red Bay sunsets.

Included is a fully equipped new kitchen-electric refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and ample dishes, cutlery,cooking utensils, cupboards and preparation space.The water is from a drilled well with a filter and UV light and is safe for drinking and cooking. There are full laundry facilities-full size washer and dryer and outside a clothes line.The bathroom is a four piece-tub with shower,basin and toilet.

The maximum number of people in the cottage is 5.. The renters are responsible for leaving the cottage clean and in the same condition as they found it.Only in the low season does the cottage rent for a 3 day period. Otherwise, it rents on a weekly basis.

Three bedrooms, the first bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Sleeps 5. Four-piece bath with tub and shower. Electric heat is provided.

Additional Rate Information

Weekly rate is based on a maximum of 5 people.
$200 security deposit required. The entire security/cleaning deposit will be refunded in full if there are no damages, breakages and the cottages and barbecue are left clean at the end of the rental period.

House Rules

CLEANING: Cottage and barbecue are to be left clean at the end of the rental period . No smoking. Guests are required to bring sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, garbage bags, dish soap, toilet tissue, toiletries, and beach chairs to take to the lake.

DEPOSIT
The Reservation Deposit is one half (50%) of the total rental amount.
Security/Cleaning Deposit: $200. The entire security/cleaning deposit will be refunded if there are no damages, breakages, and the cottage and barbeque are left clean at the end of the rental period. By e-mail you will receive an acknowlement of your reservation deposit. .
