Property Description

This cottage is ideal for meeting and family reunions, marriages or other. Since June, we now have as well our dining room and reception hall with a capacity of 125 people.

Only pedal boats are permitted on the quiet little lake in front. Swimming, fishing, and ice fishing in the winter.* In the winter you can make your own skating area on the lake, (we furnish the shovels ). In the spring, March and April, you have the possibility to visit our sugar shack on the site, gather sap, snowshoe, snowmobile , and fishing starting the middle of April.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Our log home village is near golf Grand Portneuf and the Golf des Pins as well as being close to Valcartier vacation village. You will enjoy yourself in the waterparks in the summer and snow sliding on tubes in the winter. There is also a ice village for ice fishing poissons des chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Just 50 minutes from Quebec City, the Quebec Carnival and numerous other festivals will keep you entertained. Fishing for walleye on the majestic St-Lawrence River is also offered just 15 minutes from the cottage. All kinds of activities await you throughout the year! Nature at it’s best, just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful cities, Quebec.

Almost like a small Inn, with its 6 nicely decorated, comfortable rooms, as well as 2 hide-a-beds in the living room, a large stone fireplace, 2 televisions with satellite, VCR’ CD, telephone, 2 complete bathrooms, one on the main floor and one in the basement, which is completely finished with a large play room area, kitchenette with refrigerator and an antique wood stove to prepare those good old fashioned hearty breakfasts, a pool table, a veranda on three side of the cottage, propane gas barbecue, and a charcoal barbecue as well as a wonderful outdoor 8 person hot tub, for relaxing with family and friends, even if its raining or snowing.

All linens and towels are furnished.
