Capteur de reve was completed in June 2008 and stands on the banks of Lac des Loutres which is part of the domain Au Chalet en Bois Rond. The chalet can comfortably accommodate 11 people. The chalet is built on three levels and occupants have access to the lake and private outside sitting area.

The large front deck of the chalet looks out over Lac des Loutres. There is dining furniture for 12 people and gas BBQ.. At the waters edge there is a private beach and pontoon and pedal boat for the use of guests. On the beach there is more seating and a fire pit for those special evenings.

Our log home village is near golf Grand Portneuf and the Golf des Pins as well as being close to Valcartier vacation village. You will enjoy yourself in the waterparks in the summer and snow sliding on tubes in the winter. There is also a ice village for ice fishing poissons des chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Just 50 minutes from Quebec City, the Quebec Carnival and numerous other festivals will keep you entertained. Fishing for walleye on the majestic St-Lawrence River is also offered just 15 minutes from the cottage. All kinds of activities await you throughout the year! Nature at it’s best, just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful cities, Quebec.

Additional Bedroom Information

On the main floor there is a large kitchen, dining area, lounge and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glass and silverware for 12 people plus cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably and there are 4 high stools around the kitchen island. The lounge area is very comfortable with a large wood burning stove, stone clad chimney and music centre. On this level there is also a large bathroom with double bath, WC and sink. There is a spacious boot cupboard to keep all outdoor clothing out of sight. The chalet has a complimentary wireless Internet connection.

Stairs lead down from this level to the basement where we have the pool table/table tennis table and flat screen TV with surround sound. The seating area consists of two sofas one of which pulls out into a double bed. There is a separate bedroom with a Queen bed and twin bed over the top. In the private bathroom there is a shower, WC and sink. The washing and drying machines are also in the bathroom.

Up on the second floor we have the Master bedroom with views straight out over the lake. This room has a King size bed and comfortable sitting area to watch the sunset. The en-suite consists of a spacious river stone tiled shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom is similarly orientated with views over the lake and has a queen bed and its own sitting area. Also on this level there is a spacious relaxing area which has a divan-lit and would be ideal for children. On this floor there is a shower room with WC and sink.

All bedding, towels and kitchen cloths are provided.

Please no smoking in the chalet.
