Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Our log home village is near golf Grand Portneuf and the Golf des Pins as well as being close to Valcartier vacation village. You will enjoy yourself in the waterparks in the summer and snow sliding on tubes in the winter. There is also a ice village for ice fishing poissons des chenaux in Ste-Anne de la Pérade. Just 50 minutes from Quebec City, the Quebec Carnival and numerous other festivals will keep you entertained. Fishing for walleye on the majestic St-Lawrence River is also offered just 15 minutes from the cottage. All kinds of activities await you throughout the year! Nature at it’s best, just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful cities, Quebec.

Additional Bedroom Information

On the main floor, a beautiful and fully-equipped dining room , including a dishwasher. In the living room, a television offering a basic satellite, a DVD and a CD players, a radio, a woodstove and a telephone to receive calls and to make local calls.

There is also a queen-size-bed room, and a very beautiful and complete bathroom, offering an antique bathtub and a shower. Beddings and towels are all included!

The mezzanine on the 2nd floor offers a queen-size-bed and 2 beds that fit one inside the other.

House Rules

At the time of your reservation 30 % of the total will be charged to your credit card and the le balance will be charged automatically on your credit card 30 days before your arrival . The cottage must be left clean, garbage should be picked up and placed in the containers provided. Take note that we have a check list of inventory for each cottage and that no breakage or theft will be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy

Whenever cancellation by the renter occurs more than sixty (60) days before the arrival date, the downpayment paid by the renter will be reimbursed, minus seventy-five (75$) dollars plus taxes for administrative fees.

Whenever cancellation by the renter occurs between sixty (60) and thirty-one (31) days before the arrival date, the downpayment paid by the renter will be retained. However if the cottage is re-rented for the same period, the downpayment will be reimbursed minus seventy-five (75$) dollars plus taxes for administrative fees.
