This delightful cottage has spacious sun decks on three sides, with built in seating and three separate sets of stairs for easy access. The south facing cottage has a variety of places for sun and shady places to rest and enjoy the natural surroundings. There are three separate patio doors for easy entry and exit from the cottage. There is a screened-in sun porch overlooking the large lawn, rock garden and treed back drop.
Although not located right on the water, you have private access to your own section of shoreline, located 200 feet across the lawn, with your own private dock, sundeck, paddle boat and row boat.

The cottage has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a newly installed wood laminate floor, en suite bath, two large his and hers clothes closets and is furnished with a luxurious queen size, solid pine, four poster bedroom suite. There is a sliding glass door to a private master sun deck. Greet the day from your very own "perch".

The second bedroom has carpeted floors, two large closets and is furnished with two very comfortable and beautiful "pinwheel" pine twin beds. The third bedroom has carpeted floors, two large closets and is furnished with a gorgeous brass double bed and large pine triple dresser.
