Only a three minute walk to the beach! This is a beautiful spot! The front yard is really large and there are some mature trees that provide shade but the back yard/deck is really sunny. Lots of room to entertain and to relax! New front deck, tree swing, and new well in 2012! Back deck will be upgraded for 2013 season.

House Rules

All agreements are by contract. 50% deposit upon booking. Rest of payment due 10 days before rental at which point door code and directions to the cottage will be sent electronically.
Payments are to be done by Visa and Mastercard. No cheques.
