Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, which is affiliated with Florida State University, is the largest museum/university complex in the nation.

Marie Selby’s bay-front Botanical Garden is an open-air and under-glass museum of more than 20,000 colorful plants, many collected in the wild on nearly 100 scientific expeditions to tropical rainforests by the Selby Gardens’ research staff.

At the South Floriday Museum discover Florida’s story from the prehistoric to the present with life-sized casts of Ice Age mammals that roamed in Southwest Florida 12,000 years ago, realistic dioramas, and fossil exhibits that explain how Florida was formed.

Part zoo, part amusement park, Busch Gardens brings together the best of both worlds with Rhino Rally, an off-road safari adventure through five animal habitats that ends in a raging river thrill ride. Visitors can observe lions, giraffes, hippos, gorillas and other creatures from the safety of the Serengeti Railway or the Sky ride Busch Gardens Tampa Florida offers attractions based on African Continent, including safaris and thousands of animals.

Beach front Palm Gables,3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with pool and elevator. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Great views from the balcony of the beach just steps away.

Minimum 7 night stay required.

House Rules

Deposits – $300 one week or less, $500 month.

Performance/Damage deposit required to secure the reservation. Deposit is payable by Visa or Master Card.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Performance/Damage deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Deposit returned after phone bill is received. Allow 45 days.

Utilities – Included in weekly rents and during winter season.

Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 10:00 am

Rent Tax & Cleaning due 30 days prior to arrival, and is quoted as a cash price.

Cancellation Policy

Performance/damage deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
