Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Island Dining

The Bridge Street Bistro can boast of having one of the most enviable locations on Anna Maria Island. Their third-floor balcony and indoor dining overlooks Bradenton Beach and the Gulf of Mexico, making it one of the best places to catch a sunset when you’re on island time.

Located on the lovely Anna Maria Island, with a water view of the Gulf, the Beach Bistro’s decor provides simple elegance in a romantic setting.

The Waterfront Restaurant offers a spectacular view of Tampa Bay and the Skyway, serving both exotic and classic fine foods and wine. They also cater private events and parties in their old Florida style “home” dating back to 1922.

The City Pier Restaurant offers fresh seafood, a beautiful view of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway bridge, live music, a bait shop and wirecraft jewelry store on the premises, with fishing on the dock and a dockside beer service.

The Rod and Reel Pier may not look like much on the outside — “rustic” is an appropriate description for this little waterfront pier restaurant. Chock full of Old Florida charm (much like Anna Maria itself) and a local favorite, there’s prime viewing of pelicans, seabirds and sometimes even dolphins!

The Sign of the Mermaid is an old world Florida home-turned-restaurant. There are individual dining rooms, with unique and funky decorations.

The Sandbar Restaurant, located on the north end of Anna Maria Island, has for decades been a favorite of locals and tourists alike for its fresh Florida seafood.

A little-known secret tucked away in historic Bridgewalk, chef-owners Olivier and Laetitia Rose have been creating specialty crepes at the Island Creperie for years. The food is out of this world, the service is delightful and best of all, the portions are hardy.

Feeling Swell is located in beautiful Anna Maria Island, Florida and offer casual beach entrees and appetizers with an outdoor patio one block from the beach.

Additional Rate Information

Minimum 7 night stay required between May and November.
Minimum 14 night stay between December and April.

House Rules

Deposits – $300 one week or less, $500 month.

Performance/Damage deposit required to secure the reservation. Deposit is payable by Visa or Master Card.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Performance/Damage deposit is required to secure the reservation.
Deposit returned after phone bill is received. Allow 45 days.

Utilities – Included in weekly rents and during winter season.

Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 10:00 am

Rent Tax & Cleaning due 30 days prior to arrival, and is quoted as a cash price.

Note – Not all units have all amenities. Rates are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Performance/damage deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
