Mowat Landing Cottages is located at the road's end, on the banks of the Montreal River, in beautiful Northern Ontario. We are directly across from Lady Evelyn Lake. A camp that you can drive directly to, miles from the nearest built up community. Powered by a generator that runs from early morning until late evening.

5 Housekeeping Cottages that feature the same conveniences of home such as hot and cold running water, private bedrooms, private decks and plenty of room. A peaceful place where fishing and good times abound.

Visit our remote lakes and fish for Lake, Rainbow & Speckled Trout or try our River for Pickerel (Walleye), Perch, small mouth bass and Northern Pike.

The drive out Hwy #558 (Mowat Landing Rd.) provides you with the opportunity to see our wilderness as God intended it and wildlife galore.

Newly updated cottages, containing two, three and four piece bathrooms. We also have the "Love Shack" or "Honeymoon Suite" which is equipped with a King size bed and two person jacuzzi tub.
Our three bedroom cottage also has a one person jet tub.

Listen to numerous song birds in and around the Resort. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing. Breathe in pure, refreshing air. Join us at our northern getaway. Fish for Speckled Trout or Splake at our walk-in lakes. View nature virtually untouched by industry and over population. Paddle Your Way To Freedom!

Secure your vehicle with us and rent a canoe (16' and 63 lbs) which includes 2 paddles and 2 life jackets and explore our Waterways. Visit world-renowned Lady Evelyn Lake in Maple Mountain Country. Climb the second highest peak in Ontario and visit the fire tower on Maple Mountain. Swim in pristine waters, or sunbathe on the rocks. Feel the morning mist, enjoy the sun set over the water and watch the stars come out. Listen to the loons calling and the water lapping on the shores. Only one small portage and you're back to Mowat Landing Cottages within a week.

Canadian Moose Hunters can enjoy accommodations, Hunt in WMU 28 or 40 easily. Our surrounding area provide excellent marshes, riverfront and bush roads. This makes for ideal moose country. Unfortunately we have no tags available at the camp. Call us for pricing and Availability.
