There is plenty of parking for cars or trailers, and it is easily accessible on a year-round plowed road.

20km from Algonquin Park, easy access to snowmobile trails and snowmobile rentals are available in Dwight. Dwight also has a grocery store, liquor store, 2 bakeries and three restaurant / bars.

The property has its own dock located 300 meters down the road from the main drive. The dock includes seating and stunning sunset views on a Haystack Bay on Lake of Bays, with gradully sloping sandy bottom perfect for smaller children.
