If you are visiting Ottawa for the first time, or would like to pack up the kids and go camping for a weekend (or maybe get away from the kids for a weekend), Camp Hither Hills is a family friendly camp ground, that is located near all of Ottawa’s main attractions. Our convenient location near public transportation, and safe facilities makes our camp ground the ideal “home base” to drop off your supplies while you explore Canada’s capital city.

Camp Hither Hills also offers many beautifully grassed tent sites, 15 and 30amp WES* sites for Rvs and tent trailers, and our new 50 amp WES* sites for larger RVs. Our camp ground includes many amenities designed to make your stay with us as easy and friendly as possible, this includes our new Free Wireless Internet.

Other amenities include: Firewood (fee), Playground, Picnic Tables, Horseshoe Pits, Basketball Hoops, Beach Volleyball, Ice (fee), Pay Phone, Rec Hall/Meeting Room, Free hot showers, Sanitary Station (fee), Friendly Family Atmosphere, Water, Electricity and Sewer connections.

Our campground is beautifully maintained with mostly grassy sites and many trees.
50 amp Backin and PullThru sites with Water and Sewer for larger RVs.
Back in 30 amp sites with Water, Electricity, and Sewer connections.
Water and Electric, 15 amp, sites for smaller RVs and tent trailers.
The remainder of the park accommodates tent sites and group camping. Special rates for service groups such as Boy Scouts.
